The new generation of AIAG approved bulk containers fold easily to save on returning shipping. High pressure, injection molded plastic provides recyclable containers with impact resistance. 252 units fit per truck load, maximum cube utilization and shipping savings. Box style “Carcass Joint” improves impact resistance and allows for firm sidewall positioning and locking. “U-Channel” ribbing pick-up both vertical top loading and horizontal stresses to reduce sidewall torsion and deflection. “Floating Finger” hinge allows for easy assembly and disassembly of the container. The integrated “T-Slot” picks up additional vertical forces present in certain application, absorbs impact, and aligns the walls. The two piece compression heat welded base design creates the most solid base using the fewest raw material. The ribbings run throughout the entire base of the container providing internal strength and support.

2 hinged drop down doors fold flush against container for easy access to contents. Folds easily with plastic ergonomic latches. High return ratio for reduced costs on these newly designed folding shipping containers; 252 folded containers on a 53′ truck. These plastic shipping containers include labeling area on sides.
